Dr. de la Peña

Ronald E. de la Peña, M.D., is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist practicing in Simi Valley to Thousand Oaks, California. He is Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Los Robles Hospital 2018 to present. His mission is to provide the highest quality care in women’s health.  He has over 32 years of medical experience. His career path was validated when he performed his first delivery over 31 years ago as a first-year medical student. That inaugural delivery inspired him to dedicate his efforts to the study and practice of women’s health. His scope of training includes obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, menopause, urinary incontinence, vaginal reconstruction, emergency care and primary care for women.

Dr. de la Peña has been practicing in Thousand Oaks since 1997, and he is on the medical staff at Los Robles Hospital, Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, and the Los Robles Surgicenter.  He was chairman of the LRH Department of Ob/Gyn from 2000-2004, and Chairman of the LRH Quality Care Committee in 2011.
